Functionalities" The most user friendly professional software on the Market to manage all your Computer Assets " CAR allows multi-user and multi-company management and contains the following features : Allocation of Hardware/Software to individual Workstations, Allocation of Workstations to designated users - permanently or temporarily, Monitoring of - hardware repairs and warranty returns, - incidents and problems encountered by Users, - internal/external upgrades/repairs on Hardware, - Lease Agreements, - material warranties, and more... The concept of "Workstation" is composed of Hardware and Software, and CAR facilitates the allocation and withdrawal of a "Workstation" to a designated user. Each registered component of the "Workstation" displays a status that allows you to know if it is allocated permanently or for a specific period of time, under repair, under Repair/Upgrade, in warranty return, in stock or out of order. The Hardware management is very straightforward, as you can decide to create your own level of detailed entries, e.g. a Workstation can be registered simply by its central processing unit, its screen and its printer, or you can register it with details of each specific constituent the Central Unit is made of including cables, etc. When registering Hardware or Software in CAR, it is possible to attach documents such as invoices, delivery dockets, user manuals, etc... which directly relate to the specific "Workstation".
