Functionalities (2)CAR allows precise analysis of your business' computer assets at any time, with several Monitoring report options, including : - Workstations by Company, Department and Division, - Workstations by Company, Department and Division with breakdown of costs, - Hardware by Company, Department and Division, - Available (or un-allocated) Hardware, - Financial Reports, - Computer constituents by Type, Brand and Model, - Available Software and constituents and/or accessories, - and more... Searching and finding information relating to your computer assets is made easy by multi-criteria search selection windows. You can also print or export the results of the search into Excel, Word or XML files, using the results to create charts where required. You can set up CAR to give you 'Warning Reports' which will be displayed on your screen, on starting the program. This will keep you up to date with the various activities scheduled for your computer assets, such as repairs, warranty returns, upgrade or repairs requests, warranty or lease agreement expiries etc. CAR is offered in two versions, single or multi-user (network) release. The multi-user version includes a security module protecting the program and managing the users rights. For that purpose, a login username and password is required. However, it is possible to set and/or modify these rights in order to suit your own organisation's requirements. An agenda presents the daily tasks, which makes it really easy to plan your appointments. Back |
